In this two-part CLE, speakers will address emerging laws on the Federal & State landscapes that impact LGBTQ access to education, healthcare and justice.
The first hour will focus on trends in federal law, with specific attention to the forthcoming US Supreme Court decision in the 303 Creative case and similar cases pitting LGBTQ+ rights against the pretext of religious freedom.
In the second hour, Speakers will discuss effective advocacy tactics for defeating anti-LGBTQ+ policy and provide best practices for representing trans clients facing discrimination or navigating administrative barriers to living authentically.
